Please read this Cancellation Policy carefully before availing services or tests at Lucknow Imaging Centre and making any payments. This policy governs the cancellation process and refund eligibility for services and tests provided by Lucknow Imaging Centre. By availing services or tests and making a payment, you agree to be bound by this Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree to this policy, please refrain from availing services or tests and making any payments.

1- Cancellation of Services and Tests:

    A- If you need to cancel or reschedule your scheduled service or test, you must notify Lucknow Imaging Centre as soon as possible, preferably within a reasonable timeframe before the scheduled appointment.

    B- Cancellation requests should be made by contacting Lucknow Imaging Centre using the contact information provided below.

2- Refund Eligibility:

    A- Refunds for cancelled services or tests will be considered based on the following criteria:

  • I. ADVANCED CANCELLATION: IF YOU CANCEL YOUR SCHEDULED SERVICE OR TEST WITHIN A REASONABLE TIMEFRAME BEFORE THE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT, YOU MAY BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND. THE EXACT TIMEFRAME FOR ADVANCED CANCELLATION WILL BE DETERMINED BY LUCKNOW IMAGING CENTRE.
  • II. NON-AVAILABILITY: IN CASES WHERE LUCKNOW IMAGING CENTRE IS UNABLE TO PROVIDE THE SCHEDULED SERVICE OR TEST DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES OR TECHNICAL ISSUES, YOU WILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR A FULL REFUND.

3-Refund Process:

    A- To request a refund for a cancelled service or test, you must contact Lucknow Imaging Centre directly using the contact information provided below. You may be required to provide details of the cancelled appointment, such as appointment reference number, date, and time.

    B- Refunds, if approved, will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed upon.

    C- Refunds may be subject to administrative fees or deductions as deemed necessary by Lucknow Imaging Centre.

4- Non-Refundable Services and Tests:

    A-Certain services or tests may be non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • I. SERVICES OR TESTS THAT HAVE ALREADY BEEN PROVIDED OR CONSUMED.
  • II. NON-CANCELABLE OR NON-TRANSFERABLE SERVICES OR TESTS.

5- Communication and Status Updates:

    A- Lucknow Imaging Centre will make reasonable efforts to communicate with you regarding the status of your cancellation request and refund process.
